Valentine's Brunch Playdate

Hey friends! I don't usually pop in on the weekend, but we had the cutest little playdate this week with some fun Valentine's finds from Target, that I had to share with you.  Has Target been killing it with all their cute party stuff or what??  I can handle myself during the holidays in that store.  That mailbox below, $5.  Those cute felt cards for kids to decorate, $3.  I know my husband loves to roll his eyes at me because he doesn't quite understand what the felt mailbox is for, but just wait until the kids are a little older and we'll be writing letters to Santa, sending thank you notes, and leaving the cutest Valentine's treats.

We made some crepes for the kids which are super easy because I just bought the already made crepes from the store and let them spray a little cool whip and fruit on top!  Then we made some heart shaped sugar cookies and decorated with icing and sprinkles.  The Mom's enjoyed some pomegranate mimosa's and I whipped up some delicious toasted marshmallow ice coffee's.  I use the brand Cool Brew for my ice coffee concentrate, then added a dash of lite coconut milk and then filled with regular milk.  You can grab a marshmallow and I just roasted it on our gas stove top! ha. It worked perfect :)

I hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day.  Now I can't wait for Easter festivities. Or maybe even a St. Patricks Day party??
