Five on Friday

I'm back for another Five on Friday...

{ONE}
I mentioned yesterday that I had the family over for dinner on Wednesday night and I picked up some pretty flowers for the occasion.  When my hubby got home last night, he asked me what I've been up to.  I smiled and said that I've just been admiring a clean house and all the beautiful fresh flowers in the house plus my new Nest candle that smelt like heaven.  It's amazing what a mood changer it was. I was so happy in my house all day yesterday.

{TWO}
I made these Zucchini Corn Fritters Wednesday night to go with a salad and a big piece of meat.  Unfortunately, by the time I served them they were not as hot as I would have liked and probably could have used a little more flavor, but they were a pretty healthy side dish option that I would consider making again.

Since I'm trying to finish up finding everything I need for Brody and Madelyn's new bedrooms, I was so excited to see this in my inbox this morning.  They are offering 15% off everything on the site! I'm in need of some storage containers and think I will take advantage of this little sale!

{FOUR}
I've mentioned these Naan pizza's before.  I made some of these last night with some leftovers that I had on hand.  I really do love this easy dinner option to clean up the fridge.  I love caramelized onions and just used those with some of the meat leftover from Wednesday night.   I had some good cheeses in the fridge and Bam, there ya have it :)

{FIVE}
I've done a terrible job with blog ads this summer and have been meaning to promote an Ad Sale for all of you guys!!! You can find ad details here.   Starting today and running through all of August I would love to offer 50% ad prices with the code HOTHOTHOT!!!!  I've loved meeting some of my sponsors that I've had so far this year.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!!

Linking up with April for Five on Friday, Amanda,  and Farmer Bell for Oh Hey Friday.
