Madelyn is ONE!!

This post was supposed to be for yesterday, but I could never get my act together to finish it in time! Madelyn celebrated her first birthday yesterday and now we are in full party planning mode around here!

As of September 14th, 2016

Weight:  
21lbs 9oz
~ 30 inches

Clothes:
12 & 18 months
Size 3 or 4 shoe
Size 4 Diapers

Sleep:  
You sleep from 7pm to 630 or 7am.
You still take two naps a day, but you started school this week and will probably only get one nap on the days you are in school. 

Schedule:

7am Wake & Bottle

7:30am Breakfast

9:30 Nap

11am Wake 

12pm Lunch

1:30 or 2pm Nap

330pm Wake & Bottle

5pm Dinner

6:30 Bath & Bottle

7pm Bedtime

Health:
I'm pretty sure you had something when we were on our way out to Vail, but it could have just been from teething.  You had a fever and runny nose.   You've had a bad diaper rash this month too. 

Crying: 
You are starting to show a little temper lately.  You will scream & cry to get your way a bit more or if someone is doing something to bother you (like your brother).  

Feeding:  

You seriously eat everything. I love to just watch you eat because you are the opposite of your brother.  It's now so fun to feed come up with things for you to eat because you are not picky! You love pastas, fruits, chicken, meatballs, peas, green beans, anything...

Likes:  
Walking, climbing, clapping, bathing, carrying around your dolls. 

Dislikes: 
changing diapers and putting on your clothes has become such a chore! 

Milestones:  
Two new teeth. You have 9 teeth now.
You started clapping, blowing kisses, and waving bye bye
You say "uh oh" all the time
You also say Bro-dee and bye bye

I honestly can't believe how fast a year has flown by.  I love watching you grow and the way you interact with your brother.  You are my little love bug and I can't wait to see what the toddler years have in store for us!!
