Thoughts for Thursday

Hi friends, Welcome to another Thoughts for Thursday!  Share anything you'd like with us and hop around to a few (or a lot of) other blogs and say hello.

- First, I wanted to say hello to those of you that our fairly new and have joined us for the link-up party over the last few weeks!! I've been an absolutely terrible blogger for over a month now (I promise to do better), but I've noticed our link-up has grown.  I'm sorry for those of you that I have not been by to say hello lately.  I'm going to change that soon.  If you're new to my blog, you can read more about me and why I blog here.

- I hate that I've been out of my blogging rhythm lately.  It really makes me so sad.  I miss connecting with all of my readers and getting to keep up with what's going on in your lives too!  There is good reason that I have been out of sorts lately which I'll elaborate on for you more next week.

- In the mean time, I've been running around town this week to get ready to go on a little vacation with hubby this weekend!!  Follow along on the Insta (@homeofmalones) to see where we are headed today!!  I'll give you a hint....It's WARM and tropical :)

- This little guy was my sidekick for a few errands.  He has gotten to the age that I kind of dread bringing him out in public by myself!! Isn't that terrible?  I just never know how he will tolerate the stroller these days and the only way he is happy in the shopping cart is if he is fed the ENTIRE time.  So I was I pretty nervous about the 3 or 4 stops I needed to do with him, but we actually ended up having a pretty good time.  Nothing that cheerios, grapes, peanut butter crackers, and fruit chews couldn't solve.....I swear the kid is like a bottomless pit.

- Did anyone take advantage of the Shopbop Sale yet??  I snagged a few things like these TB sandals I've had my eye on and this cute tunic.  I also grabbed this BB Dakota dress at such a great price.  I love the pockets.  It's so exciting to start stocking up on some cute new spring items!

- I haven't started the new season of House of Cards yet, but I can't wait until we do.  I'm completely hooked again to the Bachelor and I've totally hopped on the Real Housewives train recently.  I'm obsessed with Beverly Hills and then for some reason decided to try Melbourne.  Damn they're good.

- I'm off to finish packing!  Have a great weekend and Ill catch you next week with some great pictures of fun in the sun :)

  8. We started Season 3 of House of Cards last weekend, and I'm not gonna lie: it's a LOT slower than the previous seasons! It's taken about five episodes for me to get into it, but I'm not giving up on Frank Underwood...I'm sure he has SOMETHING up his sleeve! :)

  17. Not wanting to run errands with a toddler is completely normal. Now that I have 2 I pretty much refuse to do any kind of errands with them. Thank God for snacks. I wouldn't have made it through any shopping trips with my oldest without snacks. She turns 3 on Saturday and I still depend on snacks to get her through and I am definitely not above bribing with chocolate if we have a successful trip. Whatever it takes!!!! Have a great trip!
