Another late post for ya'll....sorry! I headed to a bachelorette party this weekend in Seaside, FL and left the baby and Daddy home alone for a little father/son bonding time. I headed out on Friday afternoon and packed up in my new monogrammed weekender bag that I got for my birthday. Isn't it adorable?? I'm in love. The bride to be is one of my oldest and best friends from growing up (we've been friends since 1st grade) and I couldn't have been more excited to celebrate with her!
We headed to dinner at Paradis on Friday evening when everyone arrived in Rosemary Beach. I had been one time before and was obsessed with the place. It did not disappoint again. Everyone's meal was incredible.
Saturday was spent enjoying a casual morning at the house and then heading to a private yoga session with the group. This weekend was only "casually" known as a bachelorette weekend because the adorable bride is not much of a party animal. It was more of a perfect excuse for a fun girls weekend with a fun little bridal shower included :) The weekend was actually chosen because several of the girls were running the Seaside half marathon on Sunday morning. So there was quite a bit of exercise going on for your typical "bach bash"!
Saturday night we headed back to Rosemary Beach for drinks at the Pearl Hotel and then dinner at La Crema. It was a quaint tapas restaurant that was perfect for the group. We were able to try lots of different small plates.
We headed back to the house after dinner for games and gifts. I love Rosemary beach and Seaside so much! The weather was a little chilly and mostly cloudy for the weekend, so we never made it out to the beach but it didn't bother us a bit!! There is still plenty to do.
By Sunday, I was excited to come home to my family and the smiles on this little guys face made me so happy. I think he missed his Mommy a lot :)
This looks like a fun time! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
