Thoughts for Thursday | Miami Bachelorette Party

It was a marathon weekend of all kinds of fun with some fabulous ladies! I could probably just leave it at that, but I'll give you a few more details of our amazing weekend in Miami.

It was my cousin's bachelorette party this past weekend and I was so excited to celebrate her and spend a weekend with some family and old friends.  Sadly, I was so out of practice for multiple, late night ragers and made the classic mistake of "blowing my wad" the very first night!! Thankfully, I recovered and we continued to have a rockstar weekend in South Beach.

Our gorgeous Oceanfront Suite

After a flight delay, I finally made it to join the crew for the first night!  I'm wearing this Mara Hoffman tunic dress that's 30% off and still has every size available!! I loved all the bright colors for a trip to Miami.

Me with my two cousins. Aren't they gorgeous???

We went to dinner at Bazaar and then partied the night away at Liv where Lil' Jon was making a celebrity appearance.  Aren't you jealous?? :)

I barely made it to the beach the next day for a little fun in the sun.  We were worried that Saturday was going to be our only sunny day, so we wanted to take full advantage.

Saturday night was dinner, drinks and a little lingerie for this little bachelorette.  We ate in the hotel at the Matador bar and dominated a whole portion of the bar just for our little party!

After the lingerie party, it was time for the MAIN EVENT.  We took this rowdy group of ladies to the ultimate bachelorette party destination, Hunkamania.  None of us had ever been before, but if you are planning a bachelorette party in Chicago, Miami or NYC; then you need to check this place out. It was hilarious.

The next morning was lazy and glorious in the hotel room with room service delivered to our door.  Can I please get this every morning??? #hotellife

We were all feeling a little dehydrated and needed a little sparkle back in our skin.  My friend, Megan, brought these amazing masks from Sephora that I seriously can't get enough of.  They are actually on promo right now if you buy 2 and get 1 free with code MASKLOVE.  I'll be purchasing some for sure!

We were thrilled to see the sun was shining again on Sunday because it was predicted to rain all day long!!  We threw on our suits and off we went.

We checked out of our fine hotel on Sunday and moved over to the Freehand for our last night.  It was kind of hilarious as it has a very "hostel" feel to it with bunk beds in the rooms.  It reminded me of my freshman summer in college when I backpacked through Europe with some friends and we stayed in hostels every night.  I'm glad I've moved up in the world :)

We had dinner our last night at Gloria Estefan's restaurant, Larios on the Beach.  Everyone was looking for a little authentic Cuban food and we split some delicious Paella.  The service was pretty terrible, but I would say the restaurant was okay.

This dress is old Mara Hoffman, but she's got some other fun parrot items going on this spring too

We ended the night back at the Freehand Hotel at their bar called the Broken Shaker.  It was fun escaping to the beach for the weekend, but it's always nice to get home to my sweet babies!! I did miss them lots.

I also had some cute stuff made for the girls to celebrate the weekend, but the swag didn't arrive at my house until after I left for the weekend.  Thankfully the delicious cocktails on South Beach helped me bury the sadness of wasting these because I was not a happy camper...
